Interactive weekly view with overlap protection in the database, so the same resource can never be booked twice.
Flexible pitch configurations
Configure sub-areas and layouts per resource – 11-a-side, 7-a-side and 5-a-side football, or handball, basketball, volleyball and badminton in the same hall. The system prevents double booking of overlapping areas.
Season planning for teams
Set up recurring training slots for a whole season with conflict detection. Team managers get their own secure link, can release sessions they don’t need and request extra time – rule-driven and fully auditable.

- What does the AI assistant do – and not do?
- It searches, suggests and fills in for you in plain language. Changes only happen once you confirm, and everything it does is logged.
- Can we run several venues?
