Every plan includes a monthly quota of AI messages. Usage is measured per message and shown in real time under Settings → Subscription. If you exceed the quota, overage is billed per message — or you can turn overage off so the assistant pauses until next month.
We log the number of messages and tokens per organisation for accurate billing. Conversation content is not part of the billing basis.

- What happens if we add more venues?
- You move to the plan that covers your number of venues. The change applies from the next billing period.
- Can we switch to annual billing later?
- Yes. The 20% discount applies from the next period once you choose annual prepay.
- Are all users included?
- Yes. Unlimited administrators and staff are included in every plan.
- How does the free trial work?
- Every paid option starts with one month free. You pay nothing during the period and can cancel at any time before it ends. One trial per organisation and per listing.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- The subscription rolls over to paid the next day. If you cancel before it ends, it stops at no cost and the listing falls back to free visibility.
- What is the difference between a listing and the full booking solution?
- A listing makes the venue or service visible to people searching. The booking solution is the operational tool: calendar, seasons, staffing, invoicing and reporting.
